Wow, what a wild series we just witnessed! The Golden Company Elephants and the Medium Sized Men battled it out in a full-on showcase of skills! In Game 1, the Elephants edged out a close win with a score of 2-1. SophisticatedX was the star of the night, snagging a goal and an assist while putting 12 hits on the board. The Elephants' discipline really shone through, only taking 2 penalty minutes, which allowed them to control the pace of the game against the Men. Despite l Bagshot l scoring for the Medium Sized Men, it wasn’t enough to keep up with the Elephants. But then the pendulum swung in Game 2! The Medium Sized Men took advantage, coming back strong to win 3-1 as Prodigyx8 and Ryguyx9 really found their rhythm, with both contributing offensively. Hugeexpl stood tall in goal, facing 22 shots and earning the win with a solid performance. The Elephants struggled to find their footing, but credit to Rubberducky x41, who kept the fight alive by netting their lone goal. In the final showdown of this series, the Elephants managed to pull out one last win, taking Game 3 with a nail-biting 4-3 score in overtime! It was complete chaos on the ice, with Rubberducky x41 again leading the charge with a hat trick performance. The Ploop also brought it home with a goal and 3 assists, while J WHISPERZ was solid between the pipes despite allowing three goals. The Medium Sized Men had a formidable effort, but in the end, it was the Elephants’ night. What a series – can’t wait for the rematch!
